Do dartboards come with darts?

im getting my brother a dartboard for his birthday and was guna get a big set with the cabinet thing and fancy darts etc but im skint so i gota get a cheap one. ive been thinking about getting this one >DART.htma href="http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3008528/c_1/1|cat_12108128|Darts|12108347/Trail/searchtext>DART.htm" rel="nofollow"http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/pa…/a its cheap but has good reviews but unfortunately nothing in the info or reviews about the actual darts and i dont have enough moner to buy seperate darts. im buying tomorrow....and giving him it tomorrow! so i wont have time to wander round shops cheching boxes to see if they come with darts or not!
