Funny skin texture on ?

I'm a nursing mom, and since I had my baby I've noticed that the hair follicles/pores (not sure which they are) are sort of pronounced on my s, mostly below the nipple. You can't see it unless you're really up close, but it almost looks like the pores are clogged. The pores are very far apart and there is a faint, tiny dark plug in each one. If I grab it just right with tweezers I can pull out a long-ish white fiber from them and I THINK that improves the way they look sorta.... It just bugs me because the skin there used to be one of the few places left on my body not already screwed up with skin issues related to allergies and such. I've tried mild exfoliation (hard on such soft skin) and I even tried biore strips. Neither seem to have an effect. I should probably just ignore it and move on with my life but I obsess. Can someone at least explain to my what it is or why it looks like this?
