Somebody is using a myspace account to slander me what can i do?

Somebody stole my pictures on myspace. Know there useing my pictures and my name to creat a false profile. They are slandering me, and useing my childerns pics, along with familly members pics. They keep trying to harr me what can I do? Is there anyway of finding out who is doing this? PLease I need help?
