How do you get a job cleaning the hulls of boats under water Scuba diving?

I just got certified and an constantly told that i can get pretty decent money cleaning hulls. What is the average wage of a scuba hull cleaner, and how do you get certified to clean hulls and how do you get a job doing this? thanks !
