I am a skilled tradesman thre is absolulty no work i have tried every where,My wife wont let up.?

I have applied at much lower paying jobs,cant find one that pays more than unemployment. She says shes support ting the family.she makes the same as i do on unemployment the 20 years prior I made 2 to 3 times her salary.I just want to run.We are severly in debt I dont know what to do.but run or blow my brains out, I would never do that.
