How to display videos off of a CD?

I have Taylor Swift's new CD, Fearless, and it says that it has two music videos on it, but I can't figure out how to display them - I've tried my TV and my little handheld DVD player and neither works. If you could tell me how to be able to see the videos, I would be grateful.
