Just want to ask if what is best flooring, ceramic tiles, granite or wood tiles?

My House extension is with two floors, 1st would be my dining and kicthen with bathroom.the Second floor is my kids room and a small living room. The partition walls of the rooms are plywoods(dannarra type). What tiles will i used for 1st floor, second floor and the stairs, (pls.include brands) Please help..many thanks in advance
