Can a tiger kill a giraffe?

I know these two animals don't live in the same habitat, but if a human was to bring a tiger in Africa, would it be able to kill the giraffe. I'm uming that the tiger is healthy and fully matured. The same goes for the giraffe - healthy and adult.
