How can i make a 20 min WMA video and cut it by half and make 2 parts of 10 mins so that i can upload it to YT

Start, all programs, windows media player should be there, use the editing tools to cut the video, then export it, but i don't see why you have to cut it, you should be able to upload it in one piece, contact customer help on you tube if you are having problems.
