I need a Certificate of Authorization for Windows 98?

I have no Idea what to do... I tried to reboot my kids OLD computer... and is asking for a COA... I know what it is but... I cant seem to find the card.... NOW can someone just give me one... or will i have to purchase one.? Please HELP!
