I'm trying to find info about a novel, I think it was titled 'Siren'.?

I read a fiction novel years ago, when I was just a teen, I think it was titled 'Siren'. It was a fine variation on the usual story, I would really like to read it again. The siren are female only. They have some psi-talents, and can kill with one specific talent. They use this talent against child molesters. they can only reproduce with a human male who loves them and is willing to die to impregnate them. Does anyone know the exact title and the author of this book?
