Livin es wit plenty of money or livin cornwall with less money but better surroundings and lifestyle4kids?!?

we live in es which we HATE with a pion but my partner earns over 1700 a month here basic..we want to live in newquay sooooo much! the lifestyle, the surroundings...the sea...everything...we want a family an it would be perfect4kids...but the money is alot less...i cant stop thinking bout this decision...do we leave the money and move to a area we'll be happy in?
