Who's fault is it for the "fracaso" of the SUB-20 of Mexico?

I vote for all of the above. A) because they are responsible for mexico and their success. B), because the players are the one on the pitch playing the game. Even if Jesus Ramirez left, they should have had a base, a foundation already made. C) It wasnt really completely his fault. Chucho left and they put him at the last minute. Im sure he did what he could but after all, he's the coach. D) Again, Chucho left them at the last minute and the team suffered for changing coach on the worst time possible. So in the end.. its a team effort.. All of them are responsible. And I worry for the seleccion mayor, they are suffering too.. The light at the end of the tunnel will be beating both bolivia and costa rica. Otherwise... you can imagine what will happen.. Especially if Sven knows his job is in the line if he loses.
