Has Immigration of HISPANIC families TO THE USA had a negative effect on their Children? Opinions respected !?

i think this question has a moral standing to it....whether or not a child will pick up on culture is ALSO based on what the parents do...u kno such as keeping a close watch on their children...supervision...moral and ethical beliefs ex: killing is wrong....dont join gangs......u get the point. Basically bringing children over to this country is a choice. The choice will affect the way a child grows up. I am the daughter of immigrants and I live a normal life. My parents have always encouraged me in academics and respect. One thing I am against is crime, crime can be committed by anyone regardless of culture. It's a persons choice to commit a crime, however I will say that upbringing has a significant effect on this.
