What's the buzz about headscarves?

I used to think of America as a free country. The growing trend seems to be that our freedoms are becoming less and less. For example, and I will get rele on this for sure, smoking. and YES. I do agree it's bad. But how long ago were cigarette ads banned from T.V. advertising? Now you can't even smoke but in designated areas. Drinking and can be just as harmful but all of TV and everything promotes all of this. There isn't a show on tv that isn't talking . People are being told how to dress, banning low pants that is the current trend for some. There are laws that although I understand why they are in place, it is one step more towards a dictatorship. The law states that one is "innocent until proven guilty" but we all see and hear everyday that if you are accused of something, you are essentially GUILTY until proven innocent. America is changing for the worse. How about keeping everything in English because THAT IS OUR NATIVE LANGUAGE!!! How about if you come to our country, there is a time limit on the financial istance that you can receive? If you cannot even speak the language, then why is it ok that you happily and expectedly take our money? Why do I have to pay for your health insurace when I can barely afford my own? Why do we support foreigners more than we support our own people? Take a look around and tell me, what kind of a nation are we becoming? I WANT MY AMERICA BACK!!! And the day that I have to "press 1 for (other language) and "2" for English, will be a day of hell.
